Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Italy, with a few destination exceptions listed in our Shipping page.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient, according to local regulations.
Do you combine shipping for multiple items?
Yes. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total number of items in your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.
How do preorders work?
Preorders are clearly marked. Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you are based in Rome or just visiting the city you can select local pickup at checkout. Pickup details will be provided after the order is placed.
