Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to our email address orders@thesehandsmelt.com
When writing, include please photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Other returns
Returns for reasons other than damage or error are evaluated case by case.
